Calling all chili chefs to fire up your crockpots, create your best chili recipe and bring it to Kingsley Lake Civic Center Saturday, February 24th.  There will be cash prizes for first, second, third place and the People’s Choice, but more importantly, the winners get bragging rights until next year.  Contestants, please register by call or text to 404-441-8427 or email klpoaflorida@yahoo.com, leaving your name and a contact phone number.  To be eligible for cash prizes, contestants need to arrive by 5:30 with their chili in crockpots.  

 

And, there’s something for everyone.  All Kingsley Lake neighborhood residents are invited to dine on these tasty chili creations, salad and dessert.  There is no charge, but donations are appreciated.  Socializing will begin at 6:00pm and continue until the judges have picked the winners, then all attendees will have a chance to sample and select The People’s Choice.  The Civic Center is located at 6110 Kingsley Lake Drive.
